OUR PROCESS

Our Return and Repair process is very simply to follow. We provide this service because we really care about our customer everday footwear.
  1. When the custumer buys the product from us. They will provided with postage label attached to their shoe box.
  2. When the customer shoe is torn or broken. They can fill in the following section of return and repair. The section provides with Postage label, Description of what is damaged, recolour the shoes part, provide the image of what is damaged, and last section gives you an address with where to delivery the shoe. The most best part about this process is that customer can recustomise thier shoes again.
  3. Once the shoe reaches us, the customer will be notificed through text message and email. A invoice will be send to their email too. Then we will send the shoe to the customer again with the postage label which is a ongoing and never ending process.
